Hey all,what direction and how many rotations per day for a Submariner 16800 and a Submariner 116610LN in a fully adjustable winder? Thank You for any wisdom you can lend me.

At least 1k I just max out all mines on 2k spins per day

650 in both directions.

Both the 30xx movements and the 31xx movements wind in either direction and need around 650 turns per day to maintain power.
