if you're in the position to simply "order a SS sky dweller" lol, you should just order an additional bracelet. Best of both worlds.

Looks amazing and suits your wrist so well. I love the DJ41 blue with fluted/jubilee but it wears too small. This watch is just the ticket.

I don't have a Sky-D but I do find the jubilee to be a more comfortable bracelet than the oyster. But both are very easy to wear. I would go for the jubilee. Seems to match up better with the fluted bezel as well.

Oyster every day and twice on Sundays as far as I’m concerned.
I apologise to owners in advance, but for me the Jubilee looks terrible on the Sky Dweller. Just way too busy and fussy. (JMHO) |

I always think the jubilee looks look a grandads watch from the 1980s so much prefer the more modern looking oyster.
However the oyster looks flashier Imo |

Fluted bezel always calls for jubilee - almost no exceptions.

Well guys I have been doing a lottttt of reading, watching videos and looking around watch stores (sadly couldn't find a SD with a jubille in person but looked at jubilees on the DJ etc) and the jubilee bracelet has really grown on me from an aesthetic perspective. At first I think I was a little biased against it as I had only seen the sportier and more robust looking Oyster bracelets which I think had some influence on my opinion, but the more I see the jubilee the more I think that it does complement the watch and does make it more dressy in a complimentary way, without actually being "too" blingy. I also agree with some previous posters that the central line of the jubilee design (the middle strip of links) do match the fluted bezel.
If I really think about it, the SD is a watch that would not for me be a 'constant daily wearer', it would be more the kind of watch that I would wear for some business days or for times I need to dress up. As such, I think that a more dressy jubilee bracelet on the SD would be fine with me. Some videos I used to help me decide are: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Os8...nnel=WatchEric https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E97e...nnel=kirsundra https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jww8...nnel=JenniElle https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muO0..._channel=IDGuy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-O6...-EyesonWatches As a result, I have asked if I can change my order to the Jubilee bracelet. :) |

Fluted bezel + Jubilee all day, everyday & twice on Sundays.
I sold my SkyD with one of reasons being the oyster bracelet. Sent from my SM-G991B using Tapatalk |

I just called my AD and was able to change my wishlist pre-order to a jubilee bracelet, so now it's just a matter of waiting like everyone else. I have no purchase history with the AD so I was very happy when they put me on it, as 2 years ago they said there was no chance for me to get on one. It must mean that their backorders have lightened a little. :)
Interesting... what was your reasoning? Found the oyster too plain? |

I have the SS on jubilee, and prefer it on jubilee, just amazing fit and comfort. The watch is also balanced and does not flop around as some suggest.

happen even on PM

Problem with the president lacks micro adjust or rather quick adjusting.

That’s not really a big problem.

It's a "blingy" watch no matter which bracelet - that big old fluted bezel isn't something that flies under the radar. To that end, I figured since it's already "blingy", the fluted bezel sings with a jubilee bracelet so that's what I have.
They all look good, but to me the oyster bracelets look best on Subs, GMT's and SeaDwellers. Plus, as others have said that big jubilee bracelet is oh so comfy! My point in the end...it's already blingy, so go all the way! |
