Daytona Chrono not resetting smoothly
When I run the Chrono and try to reset the Chrono, I get the second hand stalling and moving slowly at times. I can reproduce it when pressing the reset pusher slowly but all my other chronos regardless of pressure get a click and it resets.
Again happens even when pressing normally at random times but can reproduce consistently when pressing slowly. I have a video but can't post it due to low post history. New watch about a year old. Already had to send back for warranty due to it stop running over night when on nightstand. Would love to hear thoughts. |

Happens sometimes with Chronograph pushers. Get it serviced or looked at by an independent.

Never seen that before nor ever had any trouble with the 3 I've owned.
Hows the time keeping?

There is definitely something up. My daytona doesn’t sweep back like yours in a reset. It more of a snap back. Much quicker than what’s shown in your video
I’d recommend servicing it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

To reiterate that video is more of an example when pushing slowly but I've had it happen when pressing it under normal use and when maybe I didn't press it firmly all the way in. Use it just like my other chronos and don't get it happening with other watches.
Thanks for everyone's input. |

In my experience, and because this is a chrono, try to get to Rolex. Avoid independents unless you know better.
Nice watch by the way. |

The Daytona is so beautiful you can't have it imperfect in any way - get it serviced IMHO.
