2 Subs incoming
2-3 months ago I decided that I want a Rolex Bluesy for my wedding.
I went to the AD close to my house they didn't have one for sell but they let me try one that was reserved to someone else. I fell in love with it, but when I asked "when can I get one" they said that they can sign me in to a list and call me probably in 6 months... I thought that it shouldn't take 6 months to find a Bluesy in store so I didn't want to take another person's place in a list and told them nicely that I will try to find it somewhere else first... after searching for the watch in my home country and abroad and couldn't find it anywhere I returned to my AD to get in a waiting list.... But when I arrived there I couldn't believe my own eyes there were 2 126613 in display one black and one blue I was so happy I rushed in as fast as I could and asked for the Bluesy. after I told her my story the seller told me that a batch came in 1 hour before I came and that I am very lucky. (there were 2 YM2 one YG one two-tone, 1 WG YM OF, few DJ, two-tone Daytona black dial with diamonds and SS YM at least these what I remember there could be some more) I was so excited I had to tell my brother about it.. and then he told me that he is looking for the black two tone sub!! The seller told me that if I want to reserve the black one for him I had to buy mine (I was about to buy it anyway) and they will reserve it for him for 24 hours. so one day later I was there again with my brother and he got his too... I looked at the showcase and only the YM2 models were there everything else was sold (not even 24 hours...) I know those subs are not the most popular but they are amazing and I love the Bluesy it exactly what I wanted! |

Congrats on the pick ups and upcoming wedding, what great luck!
I've only heard stories of arriving at the AD after a batch gets put out, never had the fortune to experience yet. |

I know I was so lucky! while I was talking with my brother to make sure he wants the watch someone else in store was interested in the watch too and it felt a little like we are fighting over it( I'm talking about the black one) because I was buying the Bluesy and asked for the Black one first the decided to give it to me. the other costumer bought a DJ with Wimbledon dial.. |

Do AD's really randomly put watches out on display when they get shipment in? I thought they all keep it in their secret safes in the back.

Wow. Great luck having the exact model you wanted. Was at my AD today and they only had 4 ladies watches. Worst selection to date. :(
