Oyster Bracelets

Does anyone know the difference between the two Oyster bracelets offered for this WG Day-Date model?

My best guess would be extra links, but I have no idea really.

Perhaps a clasp variation? Flip vs. non-flip? No idea. Which one will you be getting?

Neither, actually.

The DD is well beyond my means.

I just thought it unusual that two different Oysters are offered for the same watch.

It's the only one that does so.

It may be that one has PCLs and the other does not, but I don't know that.

Here it is.

On the Day-Date, Rolex offers an Oyster bracelet with a concealed clasp.

Here a picture.

Not so many differences. I can't see them. It looks like a name change for the same bracelet . This ref# change occured in 2003 or 2004.

It could be also a difference in the number of removable links (like between DateJust 63200/63600 jubile or 72200/72600 oyster bracelets).

( Master Catalog 2004/2005 vs 2002/2003 )

The 73855, 73858 and 73859 does not appear in the 2005 and after catalogs.
I am just wondering why it was removed and not mentioned again.

.
7385x bracelets continue to appear in list price only, just in case a DD model with this bracelet stayed unsold for a long time in AD shop.

As price is different from 7320x , AD may need to justify the price to his customer.

my 2 cents ..

Based on the pictures, they both have solid end links. Dunno...
