One watch for all occasions

I'm just curious.... If you had to pick 1 watch to wear all year, what would your choice be? RG DD for me!

Of the ones in your collection, the AL&S Datograph. Speaking more broadly, I would say the SS GMT IIc - in my opinion, the best all-round watch money can buy today

None of the busy dial chronographs I would choose as a daily watch to wear in my opinion.

I think I agree on the RG DD. Or even a YG DD. Yesterday I went to the grocery store liquor shop and compilmented the cashier on his YG DD. Only in Naples, FL cashier at a grocery store with solid gold Pres. I have to settle for wearing my 16713 or 5512 everyday. If I could do it over I would have tried to keep the Double Red Sea Dweller I got my hands on in 2000. I have not seen one since

From the collection:

1. RG Daytona by far!
2. Harry Winston.
3. A Lange Sohne.

Nice collection.

Cheers,
K

Based on what you have I would chose the Day Date. Bracelets wear better as a daily watch in my opinion.

The GMTIIC would be my choice as the ultimate daily watch in my opinion.

The only thing I would miss by wearing my RG DD all year is being able to read it in the dark...

It sure goes to show how versatile a Rolex can be. Some horologists may disagree but if I had to chose only 1 watch to wear... It would be a Rolex.

Anyone of these three...
I think that is why I like/have them...I can wear each of them with a dress suit or a bathing suit...Of course some look slightly better in one occasion over another but they all work.

+1. But if I had to dress up more than twice a year, then I would pick a black sticks dial WG/SS DJ II instead.

My, way too many potential choices here! Can't I pick two!?

I think just for the sake of it I'd go with the RG Daytona!

I would hope to never be in such a situation as to have to pick one watch, but I suppose I would choose my 14060M, but that may not necessarily be my choice on any other given day.
