I liked out and managed to get one with the rolex logo on the crown faces upwards. My OCD will not irritate me now.

Its a G series. No issues with that either as I intend to keep it. Not even seen the LUME yet...... only had it a few hours

Mine on deposit is a G series too... I'm OCD too and hoping that the crown lines up; if not, that's not the end for me. What I really do want is the Blue lume!

When you get a chance, post a lume shot (and a wrist shot)... and ENJOY!

The Sub with Ceramic bezal isn't supposed to have green... the older model subs were green but I read a thread where a guy had just purchased a G subC and it had green lume... at least he thinks, which I've come to the conclusion that if his IS green, it must be a flaw or be rare.

At any rate, I LOVE the blue too.

Nice watch Nowayman. Your sub has a small ft on depth line as well as a spacing between the 300 m and I see these scripts two different ways with the F vs f can someone explain this?

Very Nice! What other models were you considaring before you made your mind up on the Submariner? You should have saved that for one more week and opened it Christmas morning like I am with my new Milgauss GV. I guess wrapping it may be defeating the purpose of a gift/surprise. Oh well. Can't wait! & Congrats!
