Yes....send it to a RSC!!!
You need a special tool to pull the ceramic bezels out. If pulled unevenly (Like trying to remove in the same method as the aluminum assembly), it will twist/flex the ceramic and possibly crack or snap the insert! I'd suggest against trying to do so on your own. For what reason are you wishing to remove it?

Echo what is above. There is a nylon ring that holds the bezel onto the watch that snaps when the bezel is removed and subsequently has to be replaced. Both the replacement nylon ring and the tool to reinstall are at the RSC or a Rolex certified watchmaker.
