I'd suggest against trying to do so on your own. For what reason are you wishing to remove it?

Echo what is above. There is a nylon ring that holds the bezel onto the watch that snaps when the bezel is removed and subsequently has to be replaced. Both the replacement nylon ring and the tool to reinstall are at the RSC or a Rolex certified watchmaker.
