GMT Master 1675 box

I am looking for an insert for the coffin box for my GMT Master 1675, so I bought this complete 10.00.2 box from a local auction site.

However, I suspect that all is not well. The seller guarantees that it is genuine, but I am not happy with the finish around the inside hinge and especially the insert. Doubt if Rolex QC would approve it.

It also looks a bit 'new' compared to another (genuine) box I have.

What do you think? Is it genuine?

GMT Master 1675 box

The insert looks like it’s been cut to fit. Perhaps the box has been refinished? Have seen some folks on IG offer this service. Was it suspiciously cheap?
