Authenticity Oyster Perpetual 39MM?

There is this guy that is selling a 2017 Oyster Perpetual 39MM for 5k, which I think is a good deal. However I wish to make sure that it is legit. What do you guys think? He has an authenticity card but it doesnt have his name on it. Can a rolex boutique look at it and give a profesional opinion on it?

What do you guys think? Should I go for it? Any way I can get a profesional opinion in Vancouver?

Looks ok, but hard to tell from pics. Bring it to AD and have it authenticated.

I called a rolex boutique and said that they couldnt help me. That they dont deal with second hand rolexes outside their store. They would have to send it to toronto for verification, even though I just asked them for a profesional opinion.

They said that if I took the watch to the store that they wouldn't help me. That is what they said from the phone call. That they wouldn't deal with watches that they did not sell.

You can take it to a reputable watchmaker who works on Rolex watches. I'm sure there are a few in Vancouver.

How much do they charge for looking at it? or how much does it cost to see if the movement is working properly or not? any Idea?

Thanks for the responses everyone. This has been very helpful!

That’s not even a good deal on that watch. Not at all. DavidSW has the same watch listed complete with box and papers and YOU KNOW ITS REAL for $4600

What are the signs you guys spotted to call it a fake? I would like to know so that i am better at judging authenticity. Also didnt mention but it is 5k cad, which is why it interested me. But thanks for the responses so far! I am not going forward with it then. Thanks!
