Help on Tudor 7928 circa 1964

I m about to pull the trigger on this Tudor 7938 circa 1964. I know the insert is not period correct and it needs a long 5 insert. Any comments from the experts here whether the watch is ok or have any issue other than the insert?

Many thanks~

Short take - looks fine and OK. Photos are small.

And clear your PMs (no, I am not looking to buy the watch)

That’s a really nice watch. The hands are so perfect, maybe a relume ? The dial is terrific
