Need new plexi for 9111/0 but don’t know where to go

Hi, my seemingly original crystal on my Tudor 9111/0 ranger II has seen better days and I don’t think any amount of polywatch is going to get it when it needs to be. Can somebody help me identify the part number for the proper replacement crystal?

Thanks!

Doing some measurements makes it look like a Cyclops-123 crystal or equivalent should work. Does this sound right?

Exactly right. Part is 25-123.
