Stay with what you purchased....it is a winner on all accounts.

Blue is the hottest color going on any watch...and you have a Rolex.

The Jubilee bracelet I'm sure wears like a million bucks too!

You upgraded without question. Long term this is the one you would have wished you had.

Now....just stay on the AD list for another color of the OP and you can sport two of them....for now, you have one to enjoy and pass the time until the opportunity to buy another one presents itself.

Best
Scott

Byers remorse is not uncommon.
Live with your choice for a while.
And if you end up hating the fluted bezel or the cyclops (which many do), exchange the watch for one you prefer.

Agreed. I don't see the point of the hype. I get the 36 maybe, attracting a lot of women AND men. But the OP41... wth.

Have you actually tried sourcing an AK from an AD; nearly impossible. Watches that always seem to be available are the YM and MG. I've also seen a number of DSSDs available.

What don't you get about price driving demand? OP41 is inexpensive as is the AK. Cheap watches (by Rolex pricing standards) cause huge demand. That's wth!!! BTW, here's a shot of my OP on the wrist.

Looks really good in the light (haven't seen too many silver dial shots that aren't dealer pics on C24). That the 36 or 41 and what's your wrist size? Been considering an OP...

Its a beautiful piece. I feel it fits both casual and formal attire. A piece that i definetly would not be upset about owning.

It's a 41 on a 6.5in wrist.

Father's Day is in about three weeks. I'm counting the days until I can start wearing it. Thanks!!!

It can happen. But your DJ is very nice option.

The bracelet and this watch or any other don’t go on same wrist. Try it on the other wrist -the wood bracelet. You will get a better feel for your watch and bracelet!

I will say, I think Rolex nailed the proportions of this to a greater degree than on the DJ41. Particularly in the realm of the bezel.

Not one thing wrong with your OP, it’s awesome! People talk about hype while actually hyping what they are talking about. Rolex appreciates that lol!!

I can safely say that you made the right decision! This watch is perfect. My friend let me keep his for a month while I was trying to make the decision to buy the same watch with a different dial, brilliant watch.

Ended up buying the Wimbledon dial

I think you made the right choice. Rolex kills it with their blue dials especially with the DJ. I once had an OP and after about 3 weeks I sold it for a blue DJ. To answer your question, the only time I had buyers remorse is when I picked up a 39mm Explorer I (only paid about $5000 for it) a few years ago. I bought it grey market and wanted a GADA watch and I thought that would be it. After about a week I dumped it for a 114060.

The Datejust is a great watch, and it is just the feeling of it not fitting in completely with your desired OP41.
