Crazy and weird complaints to tour operators....
Sometimes I lose faith in humanity; no. 23 (the hairdressers) is my favourite out of a strong field...

Anyone who works in 'Customer Service' would relate to this.
The main skill in CS is accepting that people will complain about just about anything, no matter how ridiculous.

I think I can top it, and it does not say much for the English, wife and I were on our honeymoon in Paris staying at a very french (picked by me) classic hotel (old school elevator etc) open shutters etc not a long way from the Eiffel Tower.....
Wife and I were in the foyer English couple came in having been out for the day and said to the staff behind the desk.... Is there anywhere around here we can go for western food....... I felt embarrassed for the english...... I think this is code for where is Maccas or maybe a sandwich in a bag which seems to be a culinary delight in central London these days.
