Anyway, a summer lunch that is perfect for a warm day (or any day). -Lightly toast a bagel -Add some mayo and a dash of dijon -Add smoked salmon -Sprinkle parmesan -....and a few capers -Some freshly ground pepper and some olive oil... Cheers!!! |

Been helping a granddaughter with commuting to work and she was given a positive test result - now discovered as false - been isolating but now no worries.
