Jackson Hole pt. 1

4-day weekend spent in Jackson Hole, WY and Grand Teton National Park.

Hiking, rafting and horseback riding in the perfect summer weather - what more could you ask for?

Grand Teton deserves its own post, so splitting this one up. Will also post a few watch pics in the vintage forum, because we are on a watch site

Nice trip and cool photographs as usual. Thanks for sharing and I am glad you had a good time.

I had to Google "hand fired pizza" as I thought it was a style I did not know!

What brand is your yellow shirt in the latest pics? Looks cool.

Love the view in the restaurant on the mountains.

Very nice! I see you went to the Gun Barrel for a meal. My family really enjoyed that place.

GTNP is on a whole separate level of natural beauty. Probably one of my favorite parks, for the wow factor of the mountains and water.

I'm about 1/3 of the way through visiting the list of National Parks. Thus far, the Tetons ranks pretty high.

Zara. Nothing too high brow there, but the brand generally fits me well. I like the oversized look and feel of it.

Agree. I was absolutely blown away by the park - it is my favorite. I'm taking my eldest to Bryce Canyon here in a week and then the wife and I are heading to Acadia next month, but man, Grand Teton was astounding. I'm not sure anything can match it in my biased opinion.

Thanks! Definitely exceeded my expectations, which were already high to begin with. A truly breathtaking location.

Haha, no kiddos on this trip - I am taking our 5 year old to Bryce Canyon this weekend though!

We stayed at the Springhill Suites downtown. Jackson Hole is not cheap; we usually stay at Marriott properties and this one, while very nice and convenient, was priced like a Ritz Carlton. Overall great stay though.

If you have the opportunity, I would recommend the Rustic Inn for something a bit different.

I was there in February for a skiing and snowshoeing trip. Most physically beautiful place I’ve ever visited. I’d love to go in the summer!

Jackson is one of my favorite towns in America. It’s getting pretty expensive. Great photos.
