Rolex Books
Are there any Rolex books that trace the history but also go up to close to the present time that you would recommend? Thank You. Stephen

Just received a Mondani book for Christmas from a friend. Love it.
Can't beat this little set for Rolex history. The first volume was written by Hans Wilsdorf himself. Released for the 40th Anniversary of Rolex in '45 and only 1,000 copies printed.

The Dowling and Hess book is the best for history of the company, though needs updating for the 21st century. The four-volume Jubilee Vade Mecum, above, is a nice historical document for the pre-war years.
