Well this came outta left field!
Good looking out Sam, that PT44 with the bezel must be one of the heaviest watches in production.

That black/blue with the ceramic is very nice. LE of 20 though.

This is the nicest thing I’ve ever seen:

That pt pc is pure perfection. Bet Roger gets the first one.

Think I like the current blue 44mm pt vs that one. Blue dial looks more special.

I wonder how AP can get away with such pricing for non in-house chrono. Crazy.

Do concepts and other high end ROOs offer modular chrono too btw?

The Pt44 with ceramic bezel is the same price as the standard model!

Not fussed about in-house but does appear we have been seeing a few reliability issues with this movement and it’s module chrono which needs to be addressed, luckily AP are efficient with turning this issues around.

I was really excited when I saw the initial pic as thought it would be another SS LE like the green dial, nearly texted my guy at AP as it would of been a must have! Sadly it’s Pt and a no no for me

Judging by pics love more 44 with Pt bezel... but will probably change my mind after live pics...

So the 44 Offshore Chrono collection grown up to 18 pieces...or 16 if we count the Summer and St.Tropez as one, and white white/cream dial on SS as one...

Is that pic upto date? I cant see a number of those ceramic case versions on the AP website. Just two on the website - one of which is the grande complication and the the chrono (26405CE)

wasn't this a LE for Japan or something? I remember seeing it around the time of SIHH.

This is the full list of 44mm ROO chronos that came in that case (not grand complication, or tourbillon chrono selwiding)... some of them are discounted (ceramic with black and athracite case, FC, old RG)...

I believe most are Japan LE’s, as if you click on ‘view availability’ it only lists Yoshida Tokyo (all the ones I’ve listed)

Nice PT collection. Purely on looks, the Pt44 with the ceramic bezel is most appealing.

That Plat 44 does look interesting, hate to say it but the camo is growing on me, I bought a nice pair of camo trainers and in this heatwave it would all go well together. Maybe I'll just get the strap.

Fabulous. An expensive few months in prospect! I tried the Royal Oak repeater at SIHH. Amazing.

I bet at a 20 count!

As said I didn’t realise the material or LE count at first! Gutted as that dial on an SS PC would pair very nicely with my 15407st and be a must have.

Really struggling with the current AP range, my top 4 AP’s are all discontinued models FC & Ce Diver, RBII (Ti) and Schumi (Ti)

Hoping SIHH 2019 brings something special

Yeah prefer to be the first wearer!

DavidSW had a NOS FC Diver a few weeks back but I slept on it and it was gone, haven’t seen a NOS Ce Diver in a long while, but yeah there’s a few NOs RBII & Schumi’s about but obviously at a price.

Fair enough! I am less fussy these days as long as the condition is absolutely mint.

Maybe I should be a little more open minded but for now prefer it to be BNIB or NOS.
