question: my crown is not 100% aligned , do you think I need to go back to dealer or it's better to keep "virgin" ?
second: I cleaned with water and dried with phon, until the "child" was very hot on my hand: do you think it get some damages (rubber, oil, etc)? I can't sleep... |

These watches were tested to much more extreme temperatures than you subjected yours to. Just enjoy your Beast !

for the crown, I read somewhere (and I saw a video) that it's really a quick operation to dismount, align the spring and remount the crown, but I know that every rework can damage or scratch a little bit something or at least create some gaps... Do you have any experience on that? it's hard to accept it on a watch > 10K... |

Another point: on the dealer, I asked to remove some mesh. Now one screw is not perfectly inside the mesh, i can feel it: can I screw more by myself? |

Does anyone know how many D-Blue's they are going to make? An AD told me they will probably stop making them this year.

New to the forum, spent some time browsing here before and joined officially yesterday. Own a Deep Blue since about 2 weeks, just love the way the dial colors change from almost full blue to full black depending on the lighting or weather.
Have 2 other Rolex watches (Sub no date and Daytona white dial) but the DSSD D Blue has been on my wrist since getting it and i expect it will be there for some time to come :-) John |
