Element in time nyc

Hello, trying to figure out if it's safe to make a purchase from a retailer in NY. Looking for your experience(s) with ELEMENT IN TIME in NYC.
Basically just need to establish if they're trustworthy and reliable.

I purchased an IWC pilot from them in late 2019. No box (which I was aware of), but all the required papers. The watch was brand new and priced competitively. Communication was straight forward and timely. No other experience, but mine in that case was very good.

Element in Time is great. I bought a Sub and also sold watches to them. Flawless transactions. Alex and Nick are great to deal with.

I bought a watch from them a few years ago by mail. It didn't run properly. I sent it back for service, and they returned it to me very promptly, with the problem solved.

I've been at their small booth on 47th St, and they were nice enough. I believe they're trustworthy to buy from, but like all dealers on 47th, to paraphrase, verify.

I was in there before the pandemic. Great store with knowledgeable staff. Excellent inventory but priced accordingly.

Hi there, just wanted to share my experience with Element in Time NYC. I personally bought a 16710 GMT-Master II (Pepsi) from them (as of February 2022) and the entire experience has been smooth. I personally met and talked to Nick, he’s been great over email/phone and in-person. It’s also great to check their store if you’re ever in NYC.
