Ever hear of Quantity of Scale. (Go ahead and Google it). Moreover, I guess you really don’t understand what you read. Maybe ask someone to explain it to you after you’ve had a nap :

Look closely friend. Subs on a leather NATO not an obnoxious kindergarten colored strap made of plastic....err..Rubber

You turned a Rolex into a Swatch. If that’s cool for you than rock with pride. But if deep down you realize it looks silly then it’s ok to put the oyster steel bracelet back on and enjoy it. You won’t even have to tell us

I’m actually quite a fan of rubber straps and the Everest line in particular. As I’m sure you know, other watch companies have been selling watches on rubber straps (IWC, Panerai, Omega and even Patek). Several Rolex watches are also sold on oysterflex rubber straps. Some of us like a splash of color; if you don’t that’s fine.

Spoken like a true gentleman.

I respect everybody’s right to wear what they like. And they should not expect or require everyone to agree with them on this or any forum. If one needs ego boosting then I think this is the wrong place. We all love our watches and have strong opinions. Just open up any post on this forum. No need for some to get personal when one gets their feelings hurt. I’ve been on this forum since 2010 because I love Rolex watches. Not because I want to be insulted (lamely) by somebody who did got enough hugs growing up. :

Well I am in the like group. It’s nice to change things up, now and again. I will be getting a Rubber B for MY DSSD . If and when I get bored I will swap it back. There is no need on this forum to criticise another’s choice.

No one was personally criticized but me. Enjoy your Rubber B.

May I ask...why Rubber B and not Everest.

There is no fight my friend. Just a tad disagreement among fellow Rolex aficionados. Too bad you like to inflame. And I’m rude you say.

Sorry to disappoint.

But seriously you seem like a knowledgeable fellow, why are you going with the Rubber B rather than the Everest?

Initially in my head I was imagining the OP posting a wrist shot of the Milgauss with a human traffic jam attempting to reach the summit in front of him in the background

AOW

It is an Everest. Probably difficult to tell from the linked picture in my earlier post, but the strap is blue.

i’ve definitely known ruder folks.

The more I look the more I like. I have a Zblue and I'm thinking of a black rubber strap just to change it up a bit even though it's hard for me to ever veer from the bracelet. I see and agree with your point on the tang buckle. I usually see the orange on a white Milgauss but I say you pulled it off on your blue one especially great for summer, why not have fun with it.
