Panerai website

WTF is up with their site? It is awful trying to navigate to get a strap. I would love to get the Sportech strap on the new watch on the homepage and of course it isn't available. Very frustrating.

The website is truly awful. Call the concierge.

No complaints here.

And yes, Panerai Concierge customer service is bar none!

As much as it is a pain to get a strap... it is better than other brands for straps. Likewise the concierge has been pretty good every time I reached out. It might not be real-time though if it is not during business hours

Agreed the strap section is terrible especially on a mobile device

It’s not a perfect interface but it works for me on my iPhone.

Over multiple devices and browsers the site often has missing images or text so navigating is like pot luck

I must be missing something ... works so easily for me.

Select accessories, type in your reference number and it spits out all the strap options....

Is the strap you’re ordering special order or something?

Apparently the strap I want is only available with the new watch on the homepage. But even so, I have clicked on a strap and taken to a different strap and a third of the selection the picture doesn't even show up. And I have tried multiple browsers.

I have found doing strap research an unpleasant experience on laptop or ipad. Luckily love close to a boutique.
