Thoughts on a TUDOR 76213

Hi everyone,

I came across a TUDOR day date today and I'd like to have your opinion on it, I don't know what but there's something wrong to me.

The seller prefers to meet up to sell the watch, he has the receipt of the purchase from the previous owner, back in 2018.

Should be from June 1995 if I am not wrong.

Here are the pics from the seller, he claims that there is no serial number (which is fishy to me) but cannot say if there is nothing or if it has been removed by someone or the by the wear of the bracelet. On the other side, serial number 76213 which, I believe, doesn't match the bracelet.
