Question on AP Serial Numbering. “T” Series?

Hi Guys,
I am in the verge of getting my new AP from a grey dealer and hence am trying to do as much research as possible.

My question is specifically on AP’s Watch Serial Numbering methodology.

The well-accepted guideline is the lettering started with A series in 1972 and currently we are in the J & K series in 2020.

Now I saw an unboxing video here -

And the serial number clearly shows TX0518L

So Question -
How come we are in T Series?
Is this a fake?
Or a special model that doesn’t follow usual nomenclature?

I have read the letters do indicate roughly years of production.

So many ads on Chrono24 explicitly mention “H” series, “G” series etc.

So surely it can’t be random.

To be precise, after K serial. It’s all random.
