I bet tis is a one and done post, but in your research have you found a dial that looks like that?

*** Update ***
Take a look at the lugs. The way they integrate with that strap doesn’t look right. |

I'm trying to get the seller to take it to AP but in France everything is closed due to the pandemic, so I'll have to pull the trigger without having the movement checked properly.
The price was the market one 1 month ago, but the prices went up (a lot) the last 2 times it was auctioned. |

Vetracer. Yes i agree. But the seller specified that it was an aftermarket strap.
Do you think it could indicate the whole watch is not a authentic one? Thank you all for your precious help |

Judge for yourself. Here is an authentic watch taken from a current Chrono24 listing.

Its not the same ref actually, the 14800 is coming only with leather straps. I cannot post a link since i’m a noob but there was one sold last week by antiqorum (lot 410, geneva auction on november 8th)

I don't think they make a fake 14800 - it's a very niche model. Last one went for 15000 CHF a week or so ago
