Can you identify this PP?

Hello all,

I came across what appears to be a vintage Patek in an antique shop today and I was trying to identify it online, but without luck.

Does anyone have any insight into this watch? (Of course, if it's even an actual model.)

Sorry in advance if this is posted in the wrong area and for the poor quality of photo.

Thanks!

That was my first thought, but as I'm not well-versed in PP I thought I'd throw it to the experts!

I wonder the market is for the elusive "Super Fake" model ;)

Thanks!

Yes, it's fake.
