Thoughts on this Combo?

What do you guys think of this combo? I'm really please with the quality and fit, not to mention it's shorter than my OEM rubber!

A leather strap on a dive/tool watch doesn’t gel with my view on what makes a sensible pairing, but if you’re a happy camper, then that’s the only thing that truly matters.
You do know AP makes a short rubber strap for those of slight build?

1. I'm not a diver, just a desk diver. If I was a diver, an AP would be the last thing I dive in.
2. Of course I'm aware

I personally think the rubber may look better. I get that we all love to swap straps. When I had the 44SS, I put the GP strap on it and it was decent, but IMO the rubber looked nicer on it. With the 44FC however, the GP strap won hands down. Just comes down to the watch / strap combo. Bt hey, if you love it, that's all that matters!

I agree, I do like the rubber, but just wanted to switch it up for a bit! If I had a 15400 I would put the rubber back on this one! :)

Thanks guys!

It works because of the SS bezel but I don't like leather on Divers.

Thanks guys! I thought it paired well and kept it sporty! I agree, I don't particularly like leather on a diver, but this one will never see water anyways! LOL

This looks fantastic. Where did you get this strap? Is it from AP? Love the subtle white accents.
