Any recommendations to sell in NYC?

Does anybody have recommendations or experience selling a Rolex to a brick & mortar shop in NYC? Prefer F2F from a jewelry store, don't want to send a watch in the mail.

Thanks.

PS is this the right place to ask this question?

How much less are you willing to accept? You do realize that you will be low balled on their offer?

As a private first time seller with no previous sales or feedback, I doubt anybody will bite on the forum here...happy to consider otherwise if you think there is a market.

Selling a 116610lv

People will always bite if the price is right and they may be able to do a FTF with you. I think if you're open to accepting PayPal from a trusted buyer you'll get more hits because people have some sort of remedy if you disappear.

wrong thread but they'll move it. or ban you, but probably just move it.

i know people in nyc who gave up on jewellers and sold to ts here or sold it themselves.

but why not pay $30 for a pledge and sell here stipulating local f2f only in the nyc area with absolutely no shipping???

you're leaving $ on the table when you sell to a brick house and this is your target market anyway.

F2F. Make sure you know the buyer too. Watch out for scammers and slackers. Too much headache trying to sell a high dollar item.

Good luck.

Yeah you’re in a big city, and it’s a hot watch. I could almost guarantee that you’ll find a buyer who will meet F2F AND it will be higher than the B&M offer.

Your willingness to meet F2F actually legitimizes the offer even more for a potential buyer.

I'm really looking for a 116520 but would consider it depending on price. I've made a f2f in NYC through the forum before. Let's talk.
