Its a watch you have to see in person. Looks way better than it comes across in pictures. The black onyx dial does not look like lacquer and its much darker is person.

I saw this in the boutique in Osaka and it was absolutely stunning even though I had the same negative opinion as what many ppl mentioned - non tapisserie dial and so on.
Printed logo on the onyx dial looks sooooooooo great and luxurious and the square plots are pretty natural and elegant. Should see this before the judgment. |

15207OR Limited to 30 pieces
I like it. But would prefer it without the diamonds. Sometimes it’s refreshing seeing a RO without the traditional tapisserie dial. That’s why the 15202PT green smoked dial is one of my favorites.

For my personal tastes, there are very few non-tapisserie ROs that I find compelling. The recent smoked dial jumbo looked like Moser.
The ultra rare "Tuscan dial" 14802PT is the main exception I can think of. |

Don’t mind the dial but would be better in stick dial configuration (diamond baguette)

Least favorite current Jumbo iteration. Not a big fan of diamond indices in general.

I may be one of the very few to say, but I actually LOVE this dial and variation in yellow gold. Much more interesting and unique than stick dial Royal Oaks. Shame this was limited to the Japanese AP Boutiques :-( damn they get all the best limited editions!

Couldn't agree more, IMO hands down the best of the jumbo lineup.
