Does anyone wear there DJ 41 daily? If so I would love to see photos of your battle scars! I just got a DJ myself and would love to see what I am in for!

I bought a DJ 41 recently, but it’s for special occasions, so hopefully will stay in mint condition.

The DJ in any form was designed to be the ultimate daily wear piece, which combination did you get?

I saw a black dial, smooth bezel, oyster on a guy when I was out at lunch yesterday, not a combo I would have thought of but man it looked amazing

Am starting to wear daily for work.
This is after two weeks.
Developed some scratches along the bottom right lug.
Also there are numerous tiny fine scratches on the polished center links that don’t show up in pictures.
Doesn’t bother me. No one is carrying around a loupe to inspect watches at work.

I’ve worn my DJ41 blue stick dial smooth bezel jubilee every day since buying it from my local AD and it still looks new! Ok, I bought it only 3 weeks ago :)

Battle scars you must be joking after reading most all the posts on forum lately most Rolex watches today get such a pampered life they could make them out of glass.

I love seeing DJs on the oyster-style bands, it is such a different look from Jub. They both look amazing. How much is it to add an additional bracelet, if you can even get one?

I have worn my SubC regularly for about 10 yrs and added a SS SkyD last year. I wore the SkyD regularly for the latter half of 2019. The only time I don’t wear them is when I’m out exercising since I have an Apple Watch for that. Rolexes aren’t fragile.

I understand that these are expensive items. However, life is too uncertain for you not to enjoy them in the moment. I lost my father last year. One of the last things he shared was for me to find a watch he had. I found it. It was a 60’s gold Omega Constellation and it was in nearly perfect condition. It saddened me to know that he had this watch that I had never seen and that he never wore. I have no idea of its backstory or history. I only know that it was his.

My advice is to just wear your watch and enjoy it. Have it in photos and videos, during vacations, during good times and bad. Let your kids (if you have any or plan to) see it on you. Let it mark the passage of time with you.

Sorry for the rant.

My TT DJ41 has been my daily wearer for almost three years. No battle scars worthy of a picture yet, just hairline scratches on the polished clasp.

The DJ41 with Blue Azzurro Roman dial is absolutely stunning. I want one. How has this watch only just appeared on my radar.

I’ve had mine for 6 months now and struggling to wear daily as I’m far more conscious of it than the general public will likely be!

I agree with a lot of the sentiment of earlier posts and will be trying to wear it more often.

Pic below shows the difference in Azzuro depending on the lighting!
