Had some vegetables we really needed to use so I made some beef and pork stir fry - with chopped Brussels, carrots, mushrooms, shishito peppers and fresh garlic, ginger cilantro parsley and lime over rice.

Went to a new local Italian restaurant to celebrate my B-day, after taking in Ford vs Ferrari and had a great meal at LaForchetta.. The menu looked good and they served Moretti bear, which we enjoyed on our Italy trip 2 years ago. I haven't found it in the liquor stores yet. Normally we would have wine, but went with the beer for a change. Worked well.

We shared great antipasto platter of the Chef’s selection of cured meats, Italian cheeses and olives, the My wife had her favorite, their spaghetti Carbonara and I had to have mine, their spaghetti Vongole. Fabulous...! All of it. Pasta done perfectly. The Carbonara was perfectly smooth and not 'saucy'..and my vongole was Great...
Definitely going there again....

Cooked a TriTip on the Primo ceramic smoker tonight and using the Flame Boss 200, the cook temp stayed on target and the meat turned out perfectly.
