The date is Arabic. Those digits are Arabic. The ones used in arab countries today which everyone think are Arabic are actually Hindu. ١ ٢ ٣ ٤ ٥ ٦ ٧ ٨ ٩ ٠
So basically we all use Arabic numerals without knowing it :-)
The western numerals are Romans which Rolex uses in some of its models :-)))
