Dial Diamond Opinion

Hi, looking for opinions on this dial. Are the diamonds factory or aftermarket?

Those diamonds appear to be after market. Rolex factory diamonds are set differently.

For comparison this is a pic of my previous DD. The dial marker dots are not on mine... Take it to a watchmaker who can inspect it is what I would do.
