I already have chronic prostitius, which really sucks when it flares up, not much can be done. About two weeks ago I had some pretty severe abdomen pain, docs diagnosed Diverticulitis, symptoms fit perfectly. This CT was to take a look at what’s going on inside. I do feel a lot better now though.

You’re defective. Read the fine print on your warranty. They typicaly expire after 50 years. How old are you?

It's very frustrating I know. I had a dr for many years that was always on time. He said that despite what you may hear there is no excuse for the appt to not be on time. I hope they don't drag your tests out and get them done in a timely manner as well. They took 3 months to get my dad figured out that in Canada would have taken 3 days, and would have been at no cost.

Good news and bad news. The doctor says the absence of discomfort on the stairmaster means I probably don’t have heart issues. Bad news is its definately something else to be worried about.

Will do some heart scans just to be sure. Insurance has to approve first, then scheduling. Will probably be another month before we move to the next specialist.

My experience in Canada you would be admitted and tested until diagnosed.

The earlier your appointment the better. The later your appointment the longer you'll typically wait. Whatever time they run over on any of those appointments before you just adds to your wait. Whenever possible I schedule as early as possible. Drs are always running from room to room on a very hectic schedule.

Here's hoping they figure it out soon, and hopefully it's not that serious.
