Need help

I'm looking to do a trade with my local vintage watch/jewelry store, and wonder what everyone's opinion is. I haven't gotten enough details as to the exact age or model number of the watches I'm considering, but I'm looking at an older Breitling Navitimer in rose gold with no box or papers on a generic but nice leather strap, and probably 38-40 mm in size (asking $6,500), versus an older 36mm SS Rolex DateJust on the original bracelet with box and papers ($6,000). Both are in good (Breitling) to very good (Rolex) condition, but that's about all I know at this point.

I'm thinking this is a no brainer (Rolex of course!), but just curious what the Breitling folks might think about this, generally speaking.

I personally find the Navitimer more attractive than the Rolex, just personnal opinion. Also, I know more people with Rolex DateJust that Navitimers.
