Omega price increase on February 1st?

That advertisement doesn’t seem legit to me… “Shop now to avoid disappointment” lol. That said, a price hike would be hilarious if it included the Canopus 321 lol.

Well, its across all lines so assume they priced it conservatively to avoid any post-increase heart attacks

Agree - that phrasing using the word “disappointment” in relation to ones products seems off. Maybe an intern though

Omega just raised prices on December 1. Not likely to happen again in January.

For what it's worth, nordic AD "Eriksson Urhandel" confirmed there will be another price increase "coming soon". i.e. in addition to the one in December.

December price increase was only for SMP 300 Diver IIRC.
It seems this one is blanket all products.

I had this same email from a dealer yesterday. They did the same just before the Seamaster went up not all that long ago so it's most probably correct

Your AD does not offer price protection because there is none.
If/When your watch comes in either pay the difference or get your deposit back

I was told by my Omega Boutique that my price was locked in regardless of price increases on the order of my full deposit 321.

Go to Omega’s website, click on the Speedmaster section and filter by watches in stock. I would say 80% of the models are out of stock. This is typical before a price increase.

I bought my Speedmaster Moonwatch today in Tokyo at the Omega Boutique. They mentioned to me a 9% price increase on that model in Japan from Feb 1st. Not sure if it will be that type of increase across the board though.

I also visited a Omega boutique today (in Japan) and I was also told that a Feb 1 price increase will occur.
