Both are great. The MB&F is more tamed. It is so lovely and that dial is better than any HMoser dial and those guys make incredible dials. I adore that yellow gold, yellow hammered dial from several years ago. Beautiful.
For me, I’d go with the Urwerk. The shape, the wandering hours, and the concept of time grab me every time. But, like many have mentioned, it will be a personal decision. Oh wait, one thing I was slightly disappointed was that I read the UR-100 is based of a Zenith Elite movement. Pls let me know if that is incorrect. Not sure if I then see it at $50K to $65K price range. It is still so cool. |
