I am sure some of you own this model, mine just arrived and is running very slow, will need service. How do you like yours? I know it's hard to tell, but what can I expect in terms of the cost of service, any ideas? It is only 3 years old...

I wondered about that. But I'm of the impression that is a bit of a big deal, shipping and waiting and not even sure if they cover it...
