2019 GMT II; -15 spd, 170 Amplitude

Got a new Timegrapher for X-mas and still learning how to test my watches. Tested my GMT II CHNR this morning and was suspicious there are issues. It has been slower than it should be, and I used the Timegrapher to quantify it. It is losing anywhere from 12-22 spd (depending on position), and most worrisome is the amplitude - 170-180. Plan is to take it into the local AD, as it is still under warranty. Any insight?

It was fully wound as normal.

Your lift angle on timegrapher set to 52?
If so that’s definitely a low read and the movement should be inspected and repaired. Somethings not correct.

Seconds gear pivot wearing out prematurely, causing the amplitude to drop significantly and eventually to a dead stop.

Btw, the winding crown should be in mechanical contact with the timegrapher microphone, not the black plastic holder

Do you know anything about any potential update to that movement? My 2019 DJ41 is running 3 spd slow, just after I bought it was spot on. My Batman is +/- 0 after a year and 1 month but I seldom wear it (maybe 3 months in total since I bought it). Do the 2021 models appear to have this issue too? The reason I ask about it is the fact that I already have 2 watches with 32xx and I'm on the waitlist for another 2. Sending 4 of them every 2-3 years in for a service will surely be a hassle and I'm a bit OCD when it comes to these things.
