Buying Omega nato straps

Why is it so hard to buy a nato strap from Omega? I'm looking for the grey on black double stripes in 20mm. There's tons of knock off in etsy etc which I had to resort to. I know watches are hard to get these days but a piece of fabric ought to be easily mass produced.

Call around to the Boutiques and typically you will find one. Not inexpensive but a cool strap.

I just ordered one from my dealer. He said three weeks to get it in. It wasn’t cheap, so I’m hoping it’s as nice as the one I looked at in the store

Supply chain issues I'm guessing, many of the straps are not currently available. That being said, I think it's better to get one from the website as it comes in a nice case, extra spring bars are also included. Omega used to include a spring bar tool but now charge an extra $10 for it if desired.

You can also call any boutique and they should have some in stock. They can ship them in the same red case with extra spring bars if you request that. I’ve gotten my last 2 natos from the Chicago boutique that way.

Will they ship to USA?
The strap doesn’t seem available online here.

Went to a boutique in downtown this weekend and the SA helped me order one. He said they should have it in a week or two.
