GMT BLNR Not on AD's Site

So, I know there's been a lot of talk lately over the last 2 years about supply of stainless steel sports watches. Since it is not getting any better what are your comments about the state of the market. I happen to own a GMT BLNR and I'm seriously thinking of selling it and upgrading to a two tone Submariner.

Those two price points are becoming closer as the premium on the Batman increases. Also if they discontinue the Batman I might regret doing that so I just wanted to get your thoughts. I also have an Omega Seamaster Olympic Edition that I can sell to fund the purchase but I'm also looking at the Rolex Explorer II polar dial.

Then why even bother if it's not on Rolex official website?!

Neithers the black cerachom GMT. Both are still on the regular Rolex page though so I wouldn’t read in to it too much...yet

I don't think you understand what I'm saying. There is a page on their site that shows the new watches from Basel world. This is not that link. This is just a normal link for the GMT.

This is what I read on the link cited:

"The Rolex watches featured below are from the official catalog and do not represent stock availability. If you would like to inquire about a particular timepiece, please contact us."

Apparently Tourneau simply cut and pasted a few examples with little regard to much else.

See that, yes, I know it's there. Are you awake that it's not in the hardcopy catalog?

Are you aware that Rolex currently has 2,819 variants of watches and barely a fraction of them are in the hard copy catalog?

Not being shown in a catalog means nothing as far as production goes.

Yes I understand that but show me right now where there are eight thousand variations of watches in production currently. Lifespan of a special edition by Sir in 10 years. Dusk in my opinion the Batman in The Hulk will be the first to GMT to be discontinued. Just my opinion but everybody's allowed to have one.

There aren't 8,000 variants. There are 2,819 as of today. All of the 1167xx GMTs will be replaced with 1267xx versions eventually. Today, however, all of them are still available for order by ADs and purchase by customers.

I feel like this has been discussed many many time before. All the good while BLNR’s have still been sold by AD’s...

Think the Batman will become far more accessible as the SS Pepsi comes on line.

I think the OP just wants us to agree. Ok, it’s been discontinued.....

.....but it isn’t.

It's not on their website, because they won't have one to sell you.

It's only for their best customers...

AD is not taking orders for any SS Sports watches. If you know one, please shoot me a PM.

Enough of this speculation the 116710BLNR has NOT been discontinued, but seeing Batman is a comic book character and a pure fantasy just like some posts lately on forum subject closed.
