Removing a permanent link was so common that all of Rolex bracelets for the past few years all come with one more removable link on each side.

dont do this... better way is to reverse the direction of your clasp for a better fit.

This kind of work needs a professional watchmaker to do it. I would rather spend some money and not risking to damage the bracelet.
