I've seen a watch advertised as reference "126333B" or "126333 (B)".

What does that B refer to?

Rolex doesn't use a 'B' with this model. Therefore, it's something that the reseller is adding themselves. It's either to denote dial color or overall condition. Without knowing where these numbers were seen it's impossible to say.

So, 'B' could very easily be "Black" in this case.

If I saw that in a listing then I’d really be sure the seller is truly experienced. Or it’s a typo

I think the seller might use it for Bi-metal, as the ref number is of a TT DJ.
