So an update on this incoming. Ups was supposed to deliver the watch Saturday morning. This morning it still wasn’t delivered and an investigation has been opened. Has anybody ever dealt with a lost insured package sent by an AD? I spoke to them and they were the ones who had ups start the investigation. They saying it’s insured and worst case I’ll be reimbursed. Does anyone know how long something like this can take? And has anyone ever had the package found after being lost by the courier? Im starting to go crazy

Really hope it all works out for you. Must be stressful. One way or another you WILL eventually get the new bluesy. It is a truly beautiful stunning watch. I like you was not a two tone fan, until I held this!

YOU will be reimbursed? I don't think that's reasonable. If it is lost, the AD should refund your CC or wire and then they can recover their losses via UPS. The AD, the shipper, are the ones who sent the package using their UPS account so the insurance claim should be something they handle.

Good Grief!. I can't imagine how terrible a feeling this would be when you are so excited to receive this package.

This watch is truly a stunner. Keep us posted.

I guess we can tell who here doesn't read/skim the entire thread before posting...

OP sorry to hear your watch has gone missing.
I've never had this happen so unfortunately I have no wise words nor wisdom on how to handle said situation.
Please keep us updated on how this plays out.
