There really aren't any...the apps will run off of you phone's time that you set. The website I've used to time my watches for the past 20+ years is time.gov. It's what the U.S. uses from the National Institute of Standards & Technology. You can't get anything better than that unless you have an atomic clock.

Tool watch app but it to has issues sometimes, your best bet is an inexpensive time graph machine and if your watch is only running fast or slow by say 5 secs it really does not matter, don’t get caught up in the CCTS syndrome

I use Atomic Clock & Watch Accuracy Tool app to check if my watch is running slow or fast.

I found one called Watch Tuner that serves the purpose fairly well for the way I use it, which is to figure out relative rate in various positions. I find it useful to manage accuracy by knowing which positions result in gain or loss, and then resting the watch accordingly in order to keep it reasonably close to correct time.

Same. I'll be checking out the other recommendations, though.

There are some that do not. Two examples are apps development for timing products but can work without the product of you source a flat mic.
Frederick Constant Analytics is one and the Lepsi Scope is another. They are also quite accurate.

Very interesting! Have you used these? Preferences? Features/performance pro/con?
