Need help finding bracelet for my Rolex 1500

Hello everyone! I just purchased a vintage Rolex 1500 but the oval jubilee bracelet it came with was stretched beyond use. A week ago I ordered an aftermarket oyster style bracelet, but it didn't fit. The endlinks placed the springbars too far back (away from the dial) to click into place. I need help finding an aftermarket bracelet for it!

The endlinks on the original bracelet are stamped "49" and has a 19mm lug width. Are there any aftermarket jubilee or oyster style bracelets that would fit this watch?

It has a low 6 million serial number which means it's 1979-1980.

Love the 1500. Congrats. To do it justice, I'd either save my pennies and get an authentic bracelet, or put it on a leather strap. Aftermarket isn't the way to go with vintage Rolex. Do the right thing.

I'd get an authentic bracelet for it, but I'd like to switch over to an oyster bracelet. The aftermarket oyster bracelet had "455B" endlinks and didn't fit. Anyone know which endlinks would fit my 1500? Any help is appreciated.

Thank you! What's the difference between the 57, 357, and 557. Would those also work? Sorry, I'm a newbie when it comes to vintage Rolex.

You can use 557 they are for the newer band that fits technically to new for your watch but the officially sanctioned replacement
