does Submariner price reach its top

Recently, with everything happening in the world. The premium price within Rolex grey market dropped a little. In the meantime, I got a lot of request of buying my submariner 116610LN in black dail.

All that, make me wonder, does submariner price reach its top? Especially, Roelx will release new submariner in Sept.
