Not looking to burst your bubble, but I think the stickers may be the least of your worries. That bezel looks like its been polished and ruined the factory sandblasted look. They advertised this as brand new? The platinum sandblasting shouldn't have that look unless the watch has been used, I have seen many many YM 40's both polished and unpolished. Even my old one didn't darken like that after 14 years. I recently sold it.

Use this image for comparison...

In this photo here, you can see that it was put under a rotary buffer (polishing machine) and the brushes did not get into the harder to reach areas. Hope this makes sense and you understand what I mean. The area that was untouched is the natural color of the bezel.

Appreciate the insight, extremely helpful Jowatch.

As for an update, watch is still in transit.

Never knew registered mail takes forever, shipped on the 17th, should finally arrive tomorrow, guess it is coast to coast.

Appreciate everyone’s input and support, I remain hopeful this gets resolved.

TBD...

Six days for Registered Mail is fast. Seems like forever though, when you are waiting. Hope you get a full refund.

Stickered means factory stickers. Full stickers = all stickers intact and nothing removed.
No sticker = even partially stickered watch it will be considered no sticker.

And not the homemade plastic wrap he did on this. 10K for that? He definitely made a killing since he bought it 2nd hand and sold it off.

We never saw the original for sale advertisement from authentic watch. Would like to know what information was posted there. Also fully stickered Rolex are not that common out there since AD is supposed to remove all stickers. A stickered watch without box and papers would also sound incredibly odd.

You have a reason to be pissed. That's definitely not stickered. Looks like diamond district saran wrap. Aside from stickers is everything else as you would expect from new?

Sorry for the late update guys, I haven’t heard anything from the company until I reached out as to what the status was.

“Our records indicate that your return was completed and a refund check was issued in accordance with our company policies on October 25, 2019.

Please note the check was sent via US Mail and can take 7-10 business days to arrive. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.”

Haven’t heard anything aside from this... not sure whether the check is the Full amount, or minus the “restock fee of 10%”.

Will update the forum once the check arrives...

What’s surprising is I never received any calls or notifications from them regarding the watch arriving, the condition of whether it’s polished or not, or how they wanted to move forward...

I’m just waiting for the check to arrive at this point...

Hope I am wrong but they said “ according to our company policing “ which means minus 10% . If it were me I would call them now to find out how much they are sending . :-)

This place has no concern or care for their customer/experience.
What a crappy operation they are running.

I really hope you get your 100% full refund and the check is truly on its way back.

Thanks for sharing. Clearly you are not to blame here. This is terrible CS and they are blatantly lying in their listings. That red sticker is indeed the "case has been opened" sticker you get from a private servicing probably with polish. You see them around on many watches for sale just like that. Especially on chrono.

I bought a Breitling from this place a couple of years ago and it went okay. However, if they're capable of doing this even one time, it's too risky to ever buy from them again. Thanks for posting this.

In the UK they have to give 100% of you money back if you are not satisfied with an item bought on internet and you have not seen provided you say so in 14 days

This company's name should be plasters all over this is a disgrace
