Help I made a mistake!
I used the tube in one of my 24mm Panerai straps and installed it on my 22mm IWC Big Pilot with a springbar! There is no wiggle room for me to wedge out the springbar so I can't take the strap off anymore! Any suggestions

Depress the leather with a flat tool, and snip it with some wire cutters. You should be able to wiggle it out after depressing the springbar with a small tool. You could also use a jewelers saw to prevent damage to the case or strap. If you can't do it safely, let a jeweler do it.

You're going to have to kill the tube and strap with wire cutters.

Had the same problem.....take it to an experienced jeweler and make sure you tell them not to scratch the watch case. You should be able to save the strap and tube. DO NOT try yourself!
