It’s an 1984/85. I traded for it... it wears like a million bucks even though it’s not the nicest or most rare.

The honest wear and bumps/bruises are one of the pluses, the dial has a almost black/brown color to it, and it looks faded just a hair.

It’s hard to explain. I try to wear my other watches but it always ends up back on my wrist.

I'm very glad the "beater-sub" market is alive and well. It completely paid for two new Rolex Submariners a few years ago, and then some!
